Chapter 51

 

How lovely on the mountains are the feet of them, who brings good news, good news, announcing peace, proclaiming news of happiness, Our God Reigns, Our God Reigns. Isaiah 52:7, Nahum 1:15, Rom. 10:15.

 

I bring you good news this week, "Our God is still in control of our nation!" Our nation is the direct result of the prophecy that Jacob gave to his grandsons Ephraim and Manasseh! One was to be a league of nations, Great Britain, the other one was to be a great nation, The United States. Our nation is the only nation that has been founded by those who wanted to the freedom to worship the Lord.

The good news is that God is not through with this nation. Our greatest days are just ahead! Stop allowing your mind to be infiltrated with what the world has to say. The Bible tells us that the righteous will live by faith. Jesus is coming back for a glorious Church. One that is worthy of Him. One that looks and acts like Him. John said in 1 John 3:2,

 

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see him as He is." 

 

The good news is that there is about to be released the great out pouring of the Holy Spirit that Joel talked about in Joel 2:28-32,

 

 

"And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days. I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, even among the survivors whom the LORD calls."

 

Someone will say, "Well, that happened on the Day of Pentecost!" What happened on the Day of Pentecost was but a sample of what is about to be revealed. Those of you who have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, know that there are prophets among us today, even as Paul said in Eph. 4:11-16, (NIV)

 

 

"So, Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."

 

Prophets all over the world are hearing the Lord say that this great outpouring of His Spirit is about to happen and there will be the greatest harvest of souls the world has ever seen. Yes, and even nations will come to know the Lord. The Lord said Hab. 2:14,

 

"For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea."

 

If you take a natural look at the world we live in today, it is in a mess and darkness covers most of the earth. However, if you know the Lord, you should understand that at times like this we are given the greatest opportunity to walk by faith and trust in the Lord. It is easy to walk in faith when things are going well, but it is times like this when our faith is really tried. But we have an advantage over the world, because the greater one is living in us and we know what His will is for our nation. We can stand up and proclaim the word of the Lord and the prophecies that He has given to us regarding the time we live in. We, the Church, have the opportunity to declare the word of the Lord to the evil that is attempting to destroy our nation and stop them in their tracks.

 

This is the time for the Church to stand up and be accounted for. We are in the greatest spiritual war the Church has ever faced. Paul said in 2 Cor. 10:3-5,

 

"Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."

 

You say, well what can I do as a Christian to fight in this warfare because I have never been taught how to do spiritual warfare! There are a lot of things you can do. First, you have to stop listening to the fake media and learn to listen to the Holy Spirit within you! Ask Him to give you discernment so you can know what is truth. There are several conservative networks you can listen to that will tell you what is going on in our nation. My I suggest you get on the internet and go to www.govictory.com and listen to there news cast at 12pm and 5pm ET.

 

Also, listen to Flash Point every Tuesday at 8pm and every Thursday at 8pm. They cover what is happening with the 2020 election and other hot topics of the day! Fill your mind with faith inspiring words and declare them to your friends and those you come into contact with daily.

 

Get before the Lord in your prayer closet and listen to what He is telling you and then you will be able to go to church with a fresh word from the Lord to share with the Church! Begin to praise the Lord and join with the archangels and declare that the Lord is HOLY! Spend time daily praising the Lord. David said that the Lord dwells in the praises of His people. Psalm 22:3 says,

 

"But thou art holy, O thou that inhabits the praises of Israel."

 

Psalm 149:6 says,

 

  Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand!

 

If you truly believe that the Lord is in control of our nation, then get into agreement with the Lord and declare that His will be done in our nation as it is in Heaven!
